If you're unfamiliar with toy grading, the Action Figure Authority (AFA) was the first company to offer a toy-grading service in which the graded toy is placed in a sealed acrylic display box. The sealed acrylic box is intended to keep the toy safe from future wear and tear and is tamped prro to ensure the grade remains the same. The label on side or back of the case contains identifying information for the toy (such as the figure's name, the toyline, etc.), the overall grade given to it by AFA, and occasionally subgrades (box/card, window/bubble, and figure) if it's applicable to the figure.
Anyways, an auction for a graded Snake Eyes just ended on eBay. Final price was US $50.50. Not an expensive price, especially considering a grading costs roughly $20.00 or so plus shipping.
It will be interesting to see if many more graded Muggs pop up.
