David has immense credibility I would recommend him to anyone who wants to sell their home. He is a very hard working and honest man who will sell your home at the agreed-upon price within a short time frame even in a down market. He is utterly reliable his integrity is unquestionable.

When I first started looking at houses, I was just driving around, watching for signs posted on properties, then calling the agent listed on the sign. There were several properties that I left multiple messages on and never got a call back....there were also agents that called me back however did not seem that interested in the property or in a buyer. When I called the number on the sign for Sotheby's and David, he answered the phone. He was very professional, knew all details about the property, and was very upbeat and pleasant on the phone. From there we got together at my house and put everything down on paper to list my house .....David was intuitive enough to know that I was not quite ready to sell my house, so he did not push, just lined everything out for the day I would be ready. He hooked me up with Ari, no shock that his associate was every bit as professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. So Ari became my advocate for a home to purchase, and David covered the sale of my home. His knowledge of real estate is top notch, but David has so much more...... he is a promoter for your house, and he is a great supporter of the seller. He has great ideas to make your house look even better, professional photographers for the listing pictures ..... and that makes a world of difference when you see the pictures in your ad, compared to many other real estate pictures that agents use in their listings. I never dreamed that both buying a property and selling my house at the same time could run as smoothly as it did, and almost completely painless. I know that's due to David and Ari's knowledge and forethought to get any problem area taken care of before it occurs. These are truly honest, trustworthy, and hard working agents, with your best interest in mind..... and they are there for the buyer or the seller every step of the way.

Our home had been on the market with another agent for 9 months without a single offer. Our home was under contract one week after being listed with David. I wish we had used David to begin with.

David Arustamian listed our house and had it sold in less than a week, including Christmas! We had reservations listing a house over the holidays but he pointed out how it may be advantageous to get it on the market when inventory was low. He was right! David kept in touch regularly and was always available via text or email. He was attentive and listened to our concerns. He set a realistic price and ensured the house got on the market quickly, starting with some beautiful professional photographs that David ensured got online as soon as the photographer finished the shoot. David contacted us immediately when an offer came in and offered good advice. He even helped arrange for an early closing for us. All in all this house sale couldn’t have gone more smoothly. I’d also like to mention David’s assistant, Cori, who kept in regular communication with us throughout the process regarding the timeline and the details of the transaction. She was very helpful. David and his team are the best real estate agents one can find. Their professionalism is outstanding throughout the selling process, from listing, marketing, updating the seller weekly, and closing.
