Listen. I need for anyone looking to buy/sell a home in the greater Denver area to know how excellent it was to work with Erica Chouinard and her team. We read through her reviews online and I rolled my eyes to my husband told him that everyone was pumping her tires -- her team can't be THAT amazing. Totally. Proved. Me. Wrong. Within the first initial call, I knew she was the right fit. She was knowledgeable, transparent, and direct. Erica was responsive, timely, and never let a moment go by were I felt like I had to worry. She helped us make the best (informed) decisions. Her attention to detail was spot on and perfect for an anal human like myself. She didn't cut corners -- almost to the point where I thought she was working too hard! Most importantly, she tolerated my husband and I at one of the most stressful time in our lives. To be able to manage us during that process is so important. She was empathetic, talked things through with us, and kept us sane! I called her my mental health counselor and its no joke. She was able to say, hey -- this is out of your hands now. Let's just roll with it and take offers/decisions/next steps as they come. Additionally, while Erica was assisting in selling our town home, Kerri Dowling (Erica's team member) was helping us FIND a home in the suburbs. It was a total tag-team effort. Kerri was fabulous too! She had a clear snapshot of what we were looking for and didn't let us get sucked into the sea of showings - I didn't have time for that! The process went quick (month-ish?) Kerri was able to work with Erica seamlessly to coordinate the sell of our home and the purchase of our new home. She truly was an advocate for us during the process, kept our interests in mind, and was brutally honest when we needed it. She also laughed at all my jokes, so I obviously loved it! :) Both Erica and Kerri were excellent to work with -- I have already mentioned them and our experience to all my closest friends in Denver. They are brilliant, experienced, and likeable. What more can you ask for?
