Jason reached out to me when we started selling our home FSBO, and gave us great feedback on the market and how we could best approach selling. We chose to forgo FSBO and work with Jason and his team over all the others who contacted us, because of his demeanor and how confident he made me feel in his abilities to get our house sold for top dollar, in a manner we were comfortable with. We spoke with several agents before Jason, and once we spoke with him, we knew he was the right fit for us. His team is there to communicate with you through everything and you can contact them throughout the day as you need.I have worked with realtors in the past who are a one man show, without a team, and while that is good at times,I would say that there are definite advantages to working with an agent who has a dedicated team. There is someone always there to answer your texts or calls when you need something, even if its to let you know they are working on it and will get you the answer as soon as possible. I felt like I became friends with the team member I got to work closely with during my sale of my home. Jason also has an amazing agent on the buying side, Erin, who is the best to spend time with when looking for a new dream home! Would definitely work with Jason and his team in the future for any buying or selling needs!
