Laura Stasko

I absolutely loved working with Laura Stasko. She was knowledgeable and truly focused on our family needs. With her help we were able to get our needs and our wants. I will refer her to all my family and friends!

I'd been talking with Laura for a few days, working out the details of purchasing a new construction home that she had listed. I confirmed the offer I wanted to make via text, which is how we'd most recently been communicating. She responded TWO DAYS later, apologizing for missing my texts & asking if I still wanted to make the offer. Of course, I did! She waited till 6pm to submit the offer letter for me to sign. The following morning, she texts that she submitted a different offer to the builder that morning. By 1pm, she calls to apologize that the builder accepted the other offer. She later attempted to apologize again via text stating that she was sorry & she had to "legally" submit all offers to the builder "as soon as (she) received them". Yet, she sat on my offer for 2 days before she even drew up the contract. This will be my 4th home. Never have I encountered a realtor that waited DAYS to submit an offer after being informed by the client that the client was ready to make the offer. At most, my previous realtors waited 2 hours. This is a horrible business practice. I will now avoid her or any builder/seller she represents.
