Excellent, I would go to her again

Fabulous! I have purchased at least 10 homes and Mary is the best realtor ever! She is very professional, yet fun. She runs her office very efficiently and effectively so that as a customer I do not have to wait to either hear from her or get an answer to my question. She worked very hard with us: we initially had a contract with a home we knew we had to remodel but ended up backing out because the cost became too great. At the same time, she showed us the house we purchased. She had the 2 listings for the 2 houses next to the one we purchased but she never tried to push us to purchase them. Instead, she encouraged us to buy the one we wanted, which was not her listing. She even followed up after we bought the home and gave us a gift certificate to our favorite restaurant. This year my sister purchased a home in Lakeway too and of course, Mary is her realtor...and of course Mary proved she is an excellent realtor again!!

Buyer beware. This agent takes undisclosed kickbacks. Read your contract, watch your wallet.
