Maya has helped me in both purchasing a home in 2021 and selling my home in 2018. Not only is Maya creative in her thinking in order to exceed her buyers expectations to find the perfect home, her negotiation skills and attention to detail are exemplary. These qualities not only make Maya a trustworthy and amazing realtor, and she is an incredible woman. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Maya and Gina. As first time home buyers in a crazy market, we were completely terrified of even looking for a house! We had a rough experience with our first realtor and were referred to Maya and team soon after. Maya immediately treated us like family. She was honest, knowledgeable, and kind. Maya and her husband came over and installed new blinds, repaired a hole in our baseboard, and she even wiped down spots on our wall with a magic eraser. She also sent her son and a friend to help us move heavy furniture in. This was completely unexpected from a realtor. Who goes out of their way like that for people they barely know?! This is just how Maya runs her business. She is professional, friendly, kind, fun loving, and overall an amazing person! We cannot recommend Legacy enough and will be using them again and again!

Where do I even begin? My family and I were relocating to Raleigh from Cincinnati. We were overwhelmed and didnt even know where to begin. Maya is amazing!We recently relocated from Texas and she came recommended from a coworker. Maya helped us purchase a new build and was able to give amazing advice on location, schools etc. While choosing upgrades, she helped us navigate which ones may increase the value of the property in the future (extra bathroom!) and which ones would be purely for our enjoyment if selected. We had made plans for me to visit homes on an intended trip to Raleigh for work. This trip was pulled due to the rising COVID situation at the time, but we decided to reach out to get some realtor contacts who might be able to help us show remotely. A few contacted us back, but none were as responsive and immediately helpful as Maya was, so we had a feeling we were already in good hands.We provided a list and we did a video tour of each property. Maya did a stunning job in highlighting the items we were keen on, as well as giving us insight on the neighborhood/area for each listing. She was also thorough in helping us get a 'feel' for the house, which can be tough to do over video. Her reaction when she went to the home we ultimately purchased was a great indicator by itself that it would be the winner. Throughout the extended and remote (we were living in CA at the time) purchase process she was in touch and thorough.A home buying experience can certainly be a trying/stressful time, and even more so across country in the midst of a pandemic.
