Be forewarned, Melissa was the Sellers Agent on the home that I purchased. Not only was the buying process delayed by consistent misinformation, but several items identified in the inspection that were supposed to be resolved were not addressed appropriately leading to work needing to be done after the purchase of the home. I contacted Melissa on several occasions hoping to have the work competed as originally promised only to receive the runaround with yet more misinformation. Ultimately I had to hire my own contractors to have the work done. Melissa and her husband, who is a local home contractor, are far from trustworthy in my opinion.
