a month agoThis was the second transaction Michelle and her team have handled for my husband and I. Both were seamless and stress free. (My previous purchase before Michelle was incredibly and unnecessarily stressful)! Home sale and purchase transactions can be full of quirks and curveballs which can add lots of questions and what ifs but Michelle just moved things right along, guided us when we needed it, and communicated with us the whole way with transparency and professionalism. I highly recommend Michelle and her team!!

I can't say enough about the great work Michelle and her team do, if you are looking to sell or buy a home make sure you at least have a conversation with them before choosing your agent. Communication is important in any business transaction and the Patterson team is the best in the business from start to finish. Our deal had a few curveballs, but I was always informed right away on what was happening and any/all potential delays as well as what the team was doing to remedy the problem. Having to sell a property when you are not in the area can be very stressful! When I was down in TN one year to check in on my dads property I came across a real estate sign, Michele Patterson, and decided to give a call to see what the property would be worth. Ms Patterson was very delightful and informative to talk to and she looked into the property and gave me a rough estimate. At that time I was not ready to sell the property but I did tell her should I ever decide to sell the property I would call her. Well, the time has come for me to sell the property and when I was down there to clear out my dads trailer Michele and her associate came to take a look at the trailer and the property. Her and her entire team were a dream to deal with being over 900 miles away and made it very seamless to sell the property and get everything rolling. Should I ever be in the area to look for property or anything like that Michele Patterson and her team is who I would use.

Michelle is the absolute best!! She found our dream home on the first try. Seriously, the first house she sent to us we fell in love and put an offer in that day. I have to say Michelle is awesome. My wife and I live in Arizona but we have family in TN. So we decided to make the change and move to Nashville. Both of us wanted to buy land but we had no idea how to get the process started. Then my mother in law said someone recommended Michelle so we decided to give her a call.
