William Squires was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable from the start. He has been instrumental in mine and my girlfriend’s first time buying a home. He helped us learn a lot in not just how to buy a home, but he was also our keen eye for what to look out for when purchasing/considering a home. Not sure that just any agent would’ve been nearly as helpful. He is very responsive and has been easily accessible at odd hours and with minimal notice.
